About the Coach

With 30 years of professional experience as a global marketing leader across Tech, Telco, Talent Solutions, Consulting, and Business Outsourcing, I bring a deep understanding of corporate dynamics and leadership challenges to our coaching partnership. My background leading global teams across four continents and direct involvement in M&A activities allows me to provide pragmatic, real-world insights for leaders navigating complex environments. I am also a NED for a boutique Executive Search business, a mentor, and have acted as a strategic advisor to CEOs and Private Equity organisations handling confidential and sensitive transitions.

I studied for my Executive Coach Diploma with Wisdom8, and am an Accredited Foundation Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching, of which I am a member. I am a certified PROPHET tool Practitioner, and maintain regular formal Coaching Supervision practice, as well as informal practice study and peer coaching.
