Space to think. Clarity to lead.

Seren Space is a calm, focused coaching practice for leaders carrying significant responsibility — particularly those navigating transition, greater visibility, self-doubt or complex decisions.

It offers a place to step out of reactive mode, think clearly, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and perspective.

Marisa Kacary

Accredited Executive Coach | Global CMO | NED & Board Advisor

Experienced leadership perspective

I bring more than 30 years of leadership experience across global organisations.

Alongside my coaching work I have served as a Non-Executive Director, mentor and strategic advisor, often supporting senior leaders through moments of growth, transition and complexity.

My clients value the space I create for them to step back from internal noise, untangle their thinking and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Who I work with

Many Seren Space clients are experienced professionals who appear highly capable externally but are carrying a great deal internally.

• Leaders stepping into bigger roles or greater visibility

• Senior professionals navigating career transition

People managing complexity, pressure and responsibility

• Leaders strengthening their voice, confidence or decision-making

• High performers experiencing self-doubt despite a strong track record

They are often accomplished on paper but benefit from a confidential space outside the organisation to think clearly, challenge assumptions and reconnect with what matters most.

Coaching with Seren Space

My coaching style is calm, warm and insightful, but not passive. I combine deep listening, thoughtful challenge and practical leadership perspective to help clients unlock clarity, strengthen confidence and move forward with intention.

This work is not about advice or fixing.

It is about creating the conditions for clearer thinking, stronger judgement and more grounded leadership.

How coaching works

Each engagement begins with an introductory conversation to explore what is happening and whether coaching would be useful.

Coaching typically takes place through confidential one-to-one sessions lasting around 60–90 minutes, usually held virtually.

Clients bring the topics and priorities that matter most to them. My role is to create the structure, focus and challenge that helps them think clearly and move forward.
