Seren Space was created to offer something many leaders rarely get enough of: space. Space to step back, think clearly, make sense of complexity and reconnect with what matters. For people in senior roles there is constant pressure to respond, decide and deliver. Coaching creates a protected environment where you can pause, reflect and explore what is really going on.

The name ‘Seren’ means star in Welsh, which holds personal meaning for me - a connection to home, but also a symbol of guidance. For some, it’s a North Star, but for others, a quiet light that helps them find their way again.

Most commonly, I work on a 1:1 basis but also work with executive teams.
