What is
Seren Space?
Seren Space is an executive coaching practice created to give people (what I believe) is one of the most powerful things we can offer each other: space. Space to think clearly, to make sense of complexity, and to reconnect with what matters.
The name ‘Seren’ means star in Welsh, which holds personal meaning for me - a connection to home, but also a symbol of guidance. For some, it’s a North Star, but for others, a quiet light that helps them find their way again.
This is what coaching with Seren Space is about: creating the conditions for clear, focused thinking - and for more grounded, confident decisions and leadership.
The Coaching Relationship
Coaching isn’t only for when you’re at a crossroads - though it’s especially valuable then. It can also be the rare space leaders need to think strategically, step back from day-to- day pressures, and explore complex organisational decisions or personal challenges with clarity and intention. Most commonly, I work on a 1:1 basis but also work with executive teams.
At Seren Space, coaching is a working partnership. It’s built on trust, focused attention, and structured thinking time.
Clients benefit from coaching for a range of reasons, including
- Quietly navigating imposter feelings despite a track record of success
- Seeking to develop a stronger leadership voice - more confident, authentic & effective - Preparing for or adjusting to a leadership stretch, such as a new role or higher visibility - Working through a career transition; whether it’s planned, sought-after, or unexpected
Sometimes it’s about unlocking clarity. Sometimes it’s about building conviction. Often it’s about creating a safe, strategic space to step out of reactive mode and into more purposeful thinking.
You bring the priorities. I bring structure, challenge, and deep listening. As a coach, I am recognised for being empathetic, curious and intuitive; and valued for being able to help people get “out of their heads” and find transformative insights. As one coachee put it; “Her coaching feels effortless, but its impact has been profound”.
Together, we’ll make space to think clearly, and move forward with greater confidence and impact.
